Thank you, I may go with the double set up now as you have! I don't do that much touring, mainly day trips from the house so likely the smaller 11 litre (3 gal) non stacking fuel caddy and 1 luggage will suffice.
I am the same way but do have 1-2 trips per year where we go for 3 days or so. Just one of the bags was just not enough room for everything. This was the only way I could get two of them on.... By going with the 15L fuel can. I only wish the 11L can allow stacking.
