Just a quick follow up on this bag. I have a Vector LTX and it's listed as working on this sled but I found out the hard way that the exhaust must be different on the Vector vs the Apex.

I'm glad to hear it helped. I was surprised to find out its a wear item and never would have suspected the huge difference they can make.
My first clue was that a dealer up north actually had them in stock.
I had the same problems on a new to me 08 Vector GT. It turns out the suspension was set up for a very heavy rider.
I was fortunate to have a list of settings sent to me from a member on here. Once I went with his settings it was night and day. I could ride it at speeds over 35 without a death...
I believe they gave me the 1mm washers.
We just got back from a 150 mile ride around Millinocket Maine and the trails were excellent! We saw maybe 20 other riders all day, it was like we owned the place. :)
I had a issue with the belt squealing at idle with my 05 Vector. So looked at the belt specs in the service manual and everything was spot on. Next I cleaned both clutches and decided to see if any washers were on the bolts on the back of the secondary.
I had no washers but i noticed the end...
I assume you removed the nut and collar on the jack shaft bearing.
Then a L-shaped attachment that could slide in and catch the backside of the bearing.
Then with a slide hammer the bearing could come out easily?
Does that sound about right?
Has anyone tried this bag, if so any feedback? Or is there a better answer?
