It is prob. the little sensor beside the oil filter !!! Maybe nocked it loose or forgot to put it on or not put on all the way !!! You know the one that gets in the way of removing the oil filter !!!

Magnet, mig weld a tack on it and it should pull out, , jb weld, yammiRX1 said crazy glue, what ever you use to remove it just remember that you should always use a non rounded allen key if you can get at it nice and straight like this bolt !!! Lesson learned the hard way !!! good luck buddy !!!

The drain plugs are all like that !!! and they are tighter than a bastard. Personnaly I only closed the back hole. Worked perfect. Congrats and welcome to the Phizer crew !!!

Most any brand of sleds do what ? get loose steering ? I would say no they do not. The way a steering system is designed and the parts used in the system is key to a long lasting durable steering system. When you cut the track it actually turns out pretty clean. As long as you go slow and use finess because it will pay off. I just cut mine down last night. 1.5"X136" Intense cut down to 14.25". Smelly but as somone said do it outside !!! I tried to turn the track inside-out but it was pretty hard...

Could you smell smoke or was it just moisture evaporating ??? Smell it and if its smoke than you got some resarch to do. if you smell like a steam smell than just let er run for abit till she evaporates.
