I think the engine is turning over too slow. If you watch your video as soon as the RPM reaches around 500 it fires. These engine on cold start NEED RPM to fire. try boosting it and see if it fires up right away after cycling the fuel pump 3 times....if you can get the RPM close to 500 it will...
I would have to agree with the others that suggested take it to another shop. The other thing it could be that would make the engine turn over slow, IF they have check the starter and Battery, is the decompressor is not functioning correctly. I may be hanging up on the pins.
I noticed the check engine light was on. You need to pull the codes and see if that gives you any ideas. Is this the same sled that went down in the water in the summer?
Mine was a 1972 Massey Ferguson SST500 Ski-Whiz. God how I hated that sled lol. If you went down a hill too fast...which was the ONLY way you went fast lol get this the DRIVE belt would flip upside down! Never could or did figure out how. Now I am trying to find one to restore...Oh I need help lol
Yup ya gots all ya need for a good ride....furry mitts, Booze, and food....who could ask for more. I deleted my last post about the no helmet thingy....but I will not delete this one.

sorry it took so long to get back to you.
The part number you need is 90891-50150-00 PZ50GT/MT GW HARNESS. The instruction should be in the kit....again it is very easy to install.
Hope this helps you out.
You are correct low battery voltage can cause this. That is where I would start...test your battery. If battery tests okay make sure your charging system is working.
There is a harness that you plug in. very easy to do...dang I am not on the shop computer...I will get the part number for you in the morning and post it here. I think some where in my mess I have the install sheet too lol
Even with the shim and belt kit installed on some Phazers that we have had go through the shop this season some still had a issue with going into reverse. What we have found is that by adjusting the drive chain tension it has cured ALL of the units that would still not go into reverse even after...
The oil pump Part Number is the same from 07 to 09 which is 8GC-13300-00-00 so I am thinking that there is not a reason for concern as there are some 07's with LOTS of miles on them. If they had a problem with the pump it would have been updated and thus the part number would have changed. So...
