Yeah I have a feeling that youtube was a Hauck promotional sales gimmick to try and entice people to buy his muffler although I really do like the new 3 cyl fuel injected nytro sleds there really starting to grow on me I acn see myself upgrading to a XTX in the near future from my Rage..a 150 hp...

I already checked with Pioneer they dont make any improved pivot shaft...I'm going to have my dealer call Yamaha and get them to replace it ..wish me luck!! If that doesn't work I'm thinking about swapping out for Cat suspension maybe??

My searching has found that Maximum Performance used to but it looks like they are out of business? My W-arm or now called pivot arm is broke bad and i hate to replace it with another one cause it will most likely break again..any suggestions????????? Any input is appreciated!

I think rubbing the 400 grit paper is also good advise..glazing can cause alot of extra heat from very minor slipping.

I have had an all black leather outfit since I was a Ski-dud fan years ago 1997 when I bought my leathers...I love them but yes heavier than gortex...but I still have NO problem keeping in front of the pack. I'm glad I picked black cause then when I made the switch from Ski-dud to Yammi it...

I dont have the extra cash right now so I'm thinking about going the guset route and making it stronger..?

Is this suspension worth fixing if its gonna crack somewhere else and maybe again? Maybe I should just pull it and put in a used cat suspension or something..any thoughts? :drink: Or maybe it just need some re-enforcing with extra weld?
