Not much has changed in the past years. In 2008 BRP compared weights agiainst Yami. Doo 500ss tnt 2stroke twin against a Apex Gt 4stroke 4 cylinder. Always tipping the scales in their direction.

Just my opinion. 137 with coupled suspension is better for hevier loads. You can adjust the preload to the rear better. In a uncoupled 141 is a bit harder to dial in. Not saying it won’t do the job but will be stiffer from the get go even dialed in for the weight.

I loved my 2015 Apex XTX 144 with tipped rails and installed tall seat kit and bars. Yes it did not have the performance of my 17 Winder but I would have ordered a 50th Apex if Yamaha had not put a 146 suspension and air shock in the rear.
