You should absolutely hear that pump when you turn the key. The most common fuel issue is the relay. Try changing other relays with what you got but definitely upgrade to the red relays, it’s a must do.
Sometimes the relays are not in the right place, you may have replaced the wrong one. You should replace all the relays with the updated red relays (except headlight relay, it’s different style)
Also did you check your fuses?
How solid? It will build compression when you turn it. If your certain you did your oil and great lube correctly start at the clutches. Pull the clutches off and try starting it see if it will run.
2 spots to check for harness rubbing is top of the steering post by handle bars and behind primary clutch the main harness runs along the engine and rubs on a casting nub.
2 known wire harness rub points are, at the top of the steering post and behind the primary clutch along the frame. I had a issue where my main harness was running on this casting nub behind primary clutch.
