How in the hell does the thumb warmer element plug come out of the throttle assembly. I cannot seem to get it out. Lifting up on clip or pushing down on of the plug.

What is anyone using to attach a new element to throttle lever? Old one just pry off? Thanks

Long story short version, last year had a bad gear broke tab off chaincase cover. JB welded put new gear in ran the rest of year but a little leak. This ordered new outer cover. Trying to get cover back on and cannot get back in. Is there something I forgot to do differently from last year...

Any thoughts on what can be used for the breather tube on the backside of chaincase. Both yamaha and cat parts BO.

How loose is reverse chain? Seems a little too loose but not sure. This is on a 14 viper.

Bought a better lower chaincase bearing for the viper. Do I need to get the grease out of the new bearing or can I leave it in ?

Trying to change upper jackshaft chaincase bearing cannot get the nut to release. Wonder if I can take off clutch side snap ring and hit out that way? Thanks
