Looking forward to riding one more time with the TY family. Looking like slightly warmer temps early week but they have lots of snow. This is one of my favorite rides and if you have never been to one your missing out. I will be rolling into town Thursday morning early ready to ride.

Well in the midst of having a great time in all the powder yesterday with the riding buddies I noticed on the way home I was missing my gas cap! :o| Who looses a gas cap! Me! grrrrr. Well its Sunday so no chance at getting a new one from the dealer. Thankfully...
I sent our boost controllers out on Monday receive them back in the mail on Saturday so the process was pretty quick and simple. Just a reminder for The 2015 MPI guys Those are supposed to be reflashed also.
When I did the chain case service on both of our sleds I noticed the late build sled had two groves machined inside the cover that are adjacent to magnets on the drive shaft. Does anyone know why those groves were added to the cover? Sorry, I forgot to get pictures while it was apart...

Finally got around to editing the last ride of the season in the UP with the doo buddies. The snow was very deep but hard as a rock and you could drive right on top but we still managed to find places to get everyone stuck. Enjoy while we wait for more snow to get this season started!
I wanted to share this site with the folks around the Great Lakes. Not only does it have some awesome daily pictures but works great for looking and ice coverage on the lakes. Thats something I watch closely because once Lake Michigan freezes over most of our snow comes to a stop in the snow...
Every fall when its time to cut fire wood all my friends are no where to be found?hmm? :hide:
Once the snow arrives all the friends resurface again and are wanting to ride, hmm? :sled1:
It must be the chainsaws 2 cycle smoke that drives them away I guess??? :dunno:
:winter:
What a awesome time together with all the Snowmobiling friends from near and far.
The only thing that would have made this party better was some snow. ;)
You could sure tell everyone has the itch to ride again. :sled2: Even with the lack of snow there was no shortage of snowmobiling...
This is probably a long shot asking this but here it goes.
I have heard of some XTX LE owners over the last season talking about cutting down there 2.25 lugs to make it a bit more trail friendly for where they ride. Well instead of cutting it down lets work out some kinda trade??? I...

Thanks to the MPI Team here are some very useful tips on checking the Vipers Oil level. Even if you don't have a turbo you can benefit from these tips when checking the oil level. Look on page 7 on the following link...
We have all heard how heavy the 4 strokes are from all the 2cycle guys, right? , bla bla bla
So we had some good snow and lots of wind and drifting last weekend so I wanted to see how heavy this monster is in a real world test. Now just driving it around and playing on a hill side or in...
Just watched some footage from the 2015 X-Games and noticed the Vipers are not using the A.C. gauge cluster. Looks like they are using the Nitro's gauges and electronics on the viper race sleds. Interesting. Whats this tell us?
We had bad snow to ride on last weekend so decided to install the MPI turbos on both XTX's . Got most of it done over the weekend and just finished a few loose ends during the week plus a small test drive . :D WOW these are going to be fun in the powder and we are going out today...
Got the new Slydog skis installed on the XTX's. I loving how well the colors match, cant wait to get these up in the hills and play in the deep stuff. Ok, BRING the snow, we are ready turbo or not here we come!
