1600 Miles on my Hurricane 190 kit and no problems what so ever. Props here as well to great customer service. The power is super addicting... I'm already saving to upgrade to the 240 kit and taller gears.
besides being on level ground, what's the best way to check toe in/out? just measure front and rear of the carbide in relation to the center of the sled?
same problem here with my ltx se and mohawk skis. It steers great absolutely no push but super heavy... So you guys are saying toe them out equally what about half an inch and start adding preload to my axis center shock spring?
I love my mohawk skis as well, but I am also experiencing a harder steering problem which I feel is preventable though I haven't figured out how yet. I'm running 6" round bars, and I was led to believe that to lighten up ski pressure you could soften up the center shock and/or soften up the...
do you have a write up or possibly measurements on where to drill the wholes. my buddy is looking to do this exact swap, 121 apex to 153 cat skid and the shop that was supposed to do it is giving him the run around
I lowered the gearing on my 06 apex along with a ton of other goodies and It is nearly dead even with my viper at 6lbs of boost. Honestly was hoping for a lot more out of my viper considering it is supposed to be at 190 hp and a lighter sled than the apex. I think my viper ltx se does not...

So I'm thinking that this would be the best place to talk about and get some more opinions on my 15 viper lts se hurricane 190 with ulmer clutching. The sled is way more fun than stock, but not as much as I was hoping. For a sled that is supposed to have around 19o hp, I'm just not feeling it...
I'm not sure if I am having the same problem or not and once I have a chance I will check my throttle cable, but what my sled is doing is strictly in deep snow and somewhat low rpms, usually during turns, it'll lose rpms and try to throw me off. Won't shut off but definitely acts like a stall...
