I believe they gave me the 1mm washers. We just got back from a 150 mile ride around Millinocket Maine and the trails were excellent! We saw maybe 20 other riders all day, it was like we owned the place. :)

I assume you removed the nut and collar on the jack shaft bearing. Then a L-shaped attachment that could slide in and catch the backside of the bearing. Then with a slide hammer the bearing could come out easily? Does that sound about right?
