As yamaha doesn't post weights, you can check the cats. The ZR 9000 Limited is 603 lbs and the ZR 7000 Limited is 547 lb...both 137 so difference of 56 lbs. Dan

sounds like a real butcher job to me. I don't think it will be any quieter and then you'll have to deal with ice issues under tunnel and the extra weight it brings. Then you lose storage behind the seat unless you do exhaust turnouts, which makes storage awkward. Dan
