Getting rid of the roll over valve

Mine is an 2018. The newer ones were changed. Never looked at one close but i know they were making a mess and getting oil on the clutch so I think they were just routing them to the ground. Sounds like you should be fine.

Getting rid of the roll over valve

In my opinion the motor is still venting just not back in to your intake. As far as condensation is concerned the motor heat will vaporize it the same. Mine only drips water out of the hose till its good and warm. My intake hoses etc are spotless. If your not rolling it over it's the way to go...

    Snow Tracker nervous steering quandry

I put another 110 mi on my sidewinder with the stryke skis and agressive trackers in a little different conditions. It's not tarable but not as settled as I'm used to with snotrackers. Being I don't have enough snow to test with I put my stock tuners with trackers back on for now.

    Snow Tracker nervous steering quandry

That makes sen That makes sense as to why they would do that with eps. Snowtrackers is where the difference comes in.

    Snow Tracker nervous steering quandry

Maybe there is something different then. I thought all of the kits I saw had the same part number but I could be wrong.

    Snow Tracker nervous steering quandry

You should have the stryke skis so it would be the shim kit that we have been talking about.

    Snow Tracker nervous steering quandry

The stryke ski saddle is different than the cat ski. The stryke has a deep channel under the rubber that they put two hard plastic (zero) spacers one in the front and one in the rear of the spindle. Either front or rear can be exchanged with the yamaha shims to apply more front or rear pressure...

    Snow Tracker nervous steering quandry

Yes, front needs to be in the snow to work. Pressure on the front = easier steering (more turn in)and less tracking. Adding shims or Pressure in the rear = harder steering and more bite.

    Snow Tracker nervous steering quandry

I put stryke skis with agressive trackers on my 18 LTX this year. I bought the shim kit from Yamaha and put the 2.25 shim in the front in place of the 0 shim they come with. It tracks very good and only get slight tracking on very hard conditions where the blade won't cut in enough for the...

    RPM Drop at WOT Hot?

I changed plugs and gapped the new ones at .020. It didn't make any noticeable difference. Wasn't a bad idea to change them anyway and it's one more possibility covered.

    RPM Drop at WOT Hot?

Were loosing our snow now so not sure I'll know till next year on the plugs but I've chased clutching, did the clamps to eliminate any potential boost leaks, did boost leak test with about 2psi drop frome 14 over 30 to 45sec (drop seems to be coming through the bypas/bov). So it would be nice if...

Fuel Light Issues and Darting/Heavy Steering

Snowtrackers instructions specifically say 0 toe. That's where I've always run them. And had no tracking.

    RPM Drop at WOT Hot?

Interesting! I have a manual boost controller and a gems type fuel controller running a aftermarket muffler and a small amount of added boost. AFR is on the rich side and doesn't seem to respond much from taking some fuel away. I have no extra fuel added at causing speed and it's in the upper...

    RPM Drop at WOT Hot?

1900 miles on my sled with original plugs. I guess it would be worth a try. Have you seen this go away with a plug change?

    RPM Drop at WOT Hot?

Interesting! Seems to be a big variable from sled to sled.
