You need to have the airbox hooked up, and all the little lines/hoses too. You can't run it like that, or it'll blow all the oil out.

Sounds like the starter is fried. That's worst case, but sounds like it. Make sure the battery cables are tight. Make sure battery is fully charged. Look for corrosion on the starter relay, they are known for that. Start simple 1st. Turn the key on, and try jumping it across the relay...

You don't have a breather hose connected or connected incorrectly. That's the only reason it would be pumping the airbox full of oil.

Look VERY closely at the front skid arm, or "W" arm. They are prone to cracking if ridden hard(abused), or ridden by a very heavy rider.

Syncing the carbs is an absolute MUST do after having them off & apart. Otherwise you'll never get a smooth consistent idle in the range it's supposed to be. 1,200-1,400rpms hot. Not to mention absolute peak power from the engine.

There's a fault code flashing, or solid showing along with that red light. The red light doesn't come on by itself without a code. Find the code and report back or look it up yourself. I'll almost bet it's code 84, TORS.
