Last year I had a Ulmer turbo setup with the skinz front end. I thought the front end was a waste of money. I have since gone to a MCX turbo, putting some of that weight at the back of the sled with a stock fuel tank. Now it's a different machine. My 1100T doesn't necessarily handle better than...
Very true, how many articles are there out there about how heavy the 1100T is or the 1200 doo? Not many and they are right up there in weight. Instead of trying to lose the pounds, very expensive, why not try to hide the weight with handling of there current lineup instead of using a Pro Cross...

3. The Nytro motor seems to fit in this chassis like a glove without many modifications. If you compare the two, a viper and a 1100, the 1100 looks to fit in there way better. The nytro engine looks like it was just slapped in there. Did you see the space underneath the engine? You could...
To many things on that sled doesn't make sense. The ridiculous windshield for starters. The blue painted side panels. I find it hard to believe they would do that after cat painted the first run of white ones only to have the paint chip off.
Super goop has come to mind for me with this. When it is setup it is harder than silicone and does not flake off. I might try some of this the next go around. I am also going to call loctite directly and see if the 660 will work. Here is the description for the website:
Loctite 660 Quick...
Installed a new bearing and used the loctite 648. The loctite lasted roughly 200km today. Was super quiet upon startup. Gradually got worse and by the end of the day it was just as loud as before. I guess the next step is to try the wurth. Sounded so nice when I first started it up.
Inspect the harness for the ignition closely. I had a similar thing happen when I was hooking up a AFR gauge. I was taking power from one of the wires in that harness. Everything was ok until I was in the house and heard the sled start up. The key wasn't even in the ignition.
Took mine apart last night. The bearing that holds the output shaft is toast. There is a lot of side to side play on it. I will pick up a new bearing and install. There was a lot of play in the clutch, hard to tell if it was from the bearing or the shaft.
The problem I found with mine was the filter part inside did not go to the bottom of the funnel. There was always a bit in there that never had a chance to get through the filter screen. Are these ones like this?
If its a 2010 and new newer with the Pro air skid, let the air out of the shocks in the skid. If it has coil over springs you can use a ratchet strap to pull the arms into the skid. I find it is easier with the suspension arms bottomed out to the rails.
