I get what you are saying i remember setting deflection on older cats with washers on the inside of the sheaves. I seen the float that was there when fooling with the aligment bar. Is it beneficial to have a few mm of float or to have it solid?

get a heavier front track spring take the weight right off the front end

so the max spool 17 is a 91 octane tune? has anyone seen any knock with this running 91 right from the pump?

i blew my gates belt at 3-2 i put a new 8jp on and set at 3-1 no ssues i may put it back to 2-3 and try with the jp

I'm running the gates 8jp right now its supper grapy but it gets a bit hot. I just piked up a new Yamaha 8jp to try too i have always had he best performance out of 8jp belt even if its dirty and don't lat as long but they are only like $110 cad so if i use 2 a year no biggie

i have mine at 2-3 right now it was a bit warm i was told 3-1 for trail and 3-2 for off trail im running a 2" track this year and 21/41 gears mt rpms re a bit hiht on launch but i am using a reverse helix 40/46

what wrap did you have yours set to ? I am running the same helix and belt and spring

i have the tpi orange in my turbo viper wrapped at 3-2 with a 40/46 reverse helix i did notice hot belt do you think 3-1 would help it with the heat

i picked up the new starter relay but haven't installed it yet what is the 18 relay suppose to help with? lower voltage drop or better internals?

i have the dalton 40-46 on my turbo i like how it hold rpm low and builds boost sooner the opens up when the power in ready and just pulls also a tpi orange spring

i found it very responsive i only have limited testing due to snow but i was pulling along at 70 mph 1/4 throttle and when wot and it would pull the skis right off the ground. (21/41 gears, reverse helix 40/46, 60y super tips, tpi orange secontadry, 14.5 rolers, gates 8jp size belt)
