I dont think its your sled....thats just the nature of the beast for any sled. Hard packed snow means no cooling. Might as well be running on concrete.
When the snow is really hard...like now.... my fan comes on way sooner. You need powder to keep it clean. I dont believe studs...
We every reason to swear..... its scary...always in the back of my head that the sled wont start. These starters are tiny and weak. no doubt they will go bad eventually

Porkchop: dont get frustrated yet....I guess we should try swapping my relay with yours. It really sounds like a relay issue to me.
Does your dealer have a relay in stock? I think napa carries a replacement as well

okey dokey..... sled is ready. had half day today...so rode a few miles.... snow is hard. first time phazer ever lifted skiis on its own withut me yanking up on it.
