bunch dead weight i have a stock exhaust,skis,park brake,seat,bars(no hooks),thumb warmer switch,heated grips switch,throttle block(no lever,i like my thumb warm),rear suspention arms with shock.overflow tank,rad(bent but no leaks)fan,and some plastics all of o8 40th ape.

rad removal i just put a piece of 1 inch silicon hose from the bottle down to the cooler,used a tie wrap to hold it.Silicon hose will bend and not kink if done right. good luck,and i dont have pics.sorry

off season looks like a good start,i am going to make some steering parts out of chromolly,get rid of the heavy steel shafts,and was ratcheting last ride,so drivers are a must and the challenger extream will be included,prolly new bulkhead bushings as well.

part # top of page there is a Yamaha Parts finder.I just looked,and the oem numbers are there. I get mine from parts store locally,10 cents a piece.They are just metric washers of differnt thickness. good luck D

no start it sounds like frozen relays

hot grips i replaced my grips ,and wired them the same as stock,and i can only run them on 4 bars they are so hot.i also filled mt bars with spray foam. total investment about 50 to 60 dollars

mtn skis mine came with them,used them once up the mountain.Fine in the snow,but the trail up was brutal,they dart very badly.

weld it up absolutly,gouge it out,filler back up.maybe ad a gusset for a permanent fix.
