I am in the middle of removing my jackshaft and am trying to remove theb36mm nut on the top gear. Is this a standard right hand thread? Any tricks to getting it off?

I have a guy holding the clutch on the other side and I have a huge wrench on the nut and can't get it to budge

Slip the brake disk back on with the key, put the caliper on and place a short 2x4 between caliper and frame. Then just need someone to squeeze brake and turn the wrench. Comes right off with little effort.
Do the same to put it back on except 2x4 goes against oil tank, put a flat piece of 2x4 against oil tank to distribute weight. Don't need to tighten too much otherwise you will dent oil tank. I guess you could alos use a longer 2x4 and jam it against the ground too with the caliper on its side.
