You changed your track from a 1.25" to a 1.75". Takes more power to move that extra weight. If you changed back your intake and it didn't fix your issue . Its likely the track your culprits

- 2008 Yamaha FX Nytro 136, mountain fit vent kit, oft steering relocate, mountaintech skid plate, simmons flexi skiis with 6 dual runners, skinz front bumper, DDM Tuning HID lights, 55 watt ballasts with 4300k bulbs.
All done in one season.
That's is so far but much more on plate for this year!
I wasted a day and $800 on the dyno testing air box modifications on the FX Nytro. I did not find any that worked. Some sell a modified air box lid, but use caution as I only saw losses in those style of modifications.
Is this Ulmer? Does the K&N kit the only one that makes hp or all a fluke and none do? Thanks
Hurricanes air box mod works....It showed 4-5 peak hp and picked a lot in the mid, however this was in conjunction with the Hindle exhaust. IMO if you're wanting to gain power then do both exhaust and intake mods to see the best gains, othwise leave it stock and just do clutching.
