The plan this summer was to drop some weight off my stock Nytro, but not just drop weight but improve its performance. The most important aspect that I wanted to improve was off trail performance. Below is a list of planned mods that I want to do before this upcoming season.

Mods:
Under tunnel exhaust
Skinz mountain seat
SLP Powderpro skis
2" challenger track.
New windshield
New hand guards
Black powdercoated front and rear bumpers
Remove sway bar
Tunnel block off
Hood Vents
White to black plastic change over
Skid plate

This is just a off the top of my head generic list of mods I plan on doing and of course I will add pictures and more info

So begins the summer tear down.
Started with removing the front shocks and selling them to gather money for a new set of shocks

Decided to get rid of the yamaha thong skis they put on this tank and get some good aftermarket skis. I know i'm tearing the sled down but i just had to test fit and actually see the difference. I picked up a set of SLP Powderpro skis with 6" carbide

Removed the tunnel protectors so i could install a larger profile track later if wanted and to also get rid of some of the tunnel icing issues.

Decided to remove the sway bar for extra weight savings and to make it more off trail worthy.

Time to remove the old crappy bushings out of the arms and get them ready to be stripped.
