I have a 2015 xtx viper with a boost it turbo kit running around 270 hp , was running a 47 degree helix with secondary purple epi 0/1 , b brown b primary and was blowing belts every 50-100 miles and hitting rev limiter at start , running dyta 2 weights , also geared 24/41 will be gearing back to 21/41.

Also have a 43 degree helix and 51/43 helix , red dalton secondary spring and will be switching to super tip weights.

Any recommendation on how to stop belt problems ? helix and secondary spring wrap ?

Run the 51/43 with purple spring wrap it 1-0. Run the super tips with 3 or 4 washers in the tip 6 washers in the middle and a tungsten and 2 washers in the heal. Blue/White/Blue primary spring. If you run in deep powder you may need more secondary twist. This is a setup for low elevation if your running higher than 3000' it probably won't work well.

With 24-41 gears it shouldn't hit the limiter but the 21-41 it probably will so maybe 2 more washers in the heal and one in the middle should be added
