Slite change in cooler-setup. Also went all in and powdercoated the inside of the tunnel . 2 longer cooler-pieces on the side at the back and a smaller u-shaped one - midle back
Maybe someone can point me in teh right directon. How do I later fill this system without getting air trapped? Thinking of tilting the sled so the bottle is the highest point and slowly fill her up....
Also. Just to make sure. Bottom hose from thermostathousing is going to the oem front tunnlecooler then up to my custom cooler around and back to the bottle and from bottle to top of thermostat..... Am I right or am I going backwards??

This is why I have to change the coolers........ Got my wife this 2008 mtx 180 mcx turbo! So if I can find the time in the middle of the season, the turbo is going to go on mine just in time for springride

Ordered the wrong hose angle. tried to force it but it didn`t feel safe so order the right one .
Also got a 135 degr that fits nice under the battery tray.
Really pleaced with the bottlemount.
Had to manualy bent the pipe coming from the rear like 3 degr to make it clear the shaft.

Quickmade braket so the hose and pipe dosen´t touch the valvecover
Really happy with my mod bars. Looks and feels very good. Cr racing titanium bar
With som help from sportsterdanne I got the right switch för thumb and handlebar heater
Also I concted a red light to were the oem coolingfan used to conect to so instead of the fan coming on(witcjh is no longer there) the light comes on so I know when to pull out in the powder to cool it down when trail riding

Dry weight, no oil, coolant, gas ....and no turbo ; )
Wet weight, oil, coolant and full tank of gas.....still no turbo. Weights in kg!!
Didn´t achived my weight-goal, less that last season or at least the same. Got a pair of gripperskis so I will shave of another 2kg on the front. But the weight with the new tunnle cooler is distribuated better. The sled works fine and is way different in behavior due to the loss in weight from the front end. The most sagnificant change is taht the sled climbs on topp of the snow much easier. Donno if it because of my mods or differnt snow etc but that was my first thought when I rode it. Took like 2 hours to bleed the coolsystem but no overheat issues what so ever so far other than retighten som hoseclamps. Donne maybe 250km with the new coolers

Time to get this started. Deadline is newyear.
What do you guys think about this coolanthose. Will it get toasted running so close to the exhaust?
If so I have to order a longer pipe and shorten the hole tunnlecooler..... [emoji13]
