After the TY Give a way ride, I found a puddle of lube on the floor. Traced the oil tracks to the lower bearing and started tear down and order parts. Drained oil look like Chocolate Milk ....
Looking to get things back together this weekend to head up for the Demo ride the 10th.
Whats the easiest / leases damaging way to remove the shaft seal and replace with new?

pried with a screwdriver as a lever and it distort the old seal enough that it will come right out.
Now waiting on parts !
