Changing thread title

How do I change the title of a thread I started? Ex. Put sale price in title of thread and now need to lower price

Some of the forums do not have the permissions to allow for changes. If the permissions are set to do so, you would go into the thread, then near the watched threads area of the post ( upper right ) there would be thread tools, then edit as it dops down.... do you see that? If not I can make the change for you.
