2008 Nytro MTX
I have a stock '08 Nytro MTX (as far as I know and the springs are still stock colours) and when I am running full out, my RPMs are up around 9200 and will stay there through 120kph. I did not go much more because I was not sure what safe max RPM is on these engines.
How can I get the RPMs to be be down around 8400 to match the peak HP range with out watching the tach and backing off the throttle?
thanks

Need to know exactly what you have now. What weights with what rivets? Primary spring? Secondary spring?

If it's all stock clutching, all you need to do is put a 45° helix in it and you'll be set. I tried loading up my stock weights with rivets first, then finally took them all out and ran this helix.
There are better setups out there, but if you're happy with how it is now, you'll be happy with just the helix, stock springs and empty stock weights. I hit 8850 @ 2000 ft.
