Stay to the right of the trail,slow down at the turns, ride within your limits (there are no checkered flags or podiums on the trail)no drugs!(booze,pills,pot,coke,mushrooms,acid etc).

That's good advice. Here's some more:

Always remember that YOU ARE NOT the only one on the trail. Just because you can't see someone coming, DOESN'T mean they AREN'T coming.

A closed fist DOES NOT mean ride harder.
