I picked up this replacement filter for my YXZ from EVO PowerSports. This is a Ultra High Efficient Media with pre-filter to ensure no dust enters the engine. It is a breeze to clean with low pressure air (50-70 PSI) blasted from inside clean surface to the outside dirty surface. The filters are also washable. In time they will need to be done when extremely dirty with some simple green. Soak, Rinse and allow ample dry time. The filter NEVER needs to be oiled. Pretty sweet product.

Very simple install.
  1. Remove the Dzus fittings and pull rear filter access.
  2. Remove Filter lid by turning the handle to "open" position.
  3. Remove existing foam air filter.
  4. Install Pre-Filter over new filter
  5. Install New Filter into place same as foam filter.
  6. Hand tighten the handle on the cover to "Close" position, securing the filter into place.
  7. Re install main cover and Dzus fastener and you are all set.
There is an optional panel filter removal that will be done later after I try out this filter. I would like to add the EVO flash and exhaust next.
