Id like to figure out how mine is set right now, but for the life of me, I can't figure out the diagram in the service manual. Does anyone have a better diagram or pictures?

IIRC, it's also in the owners manual. It's quite simple really. The more forward the bar is, the harder or more aggressive it is, and vice versa. You can unbolt and turn the bushings and the mount around for different combinations. I have mine set to the stiffest.

And just to prove that one size does not fit all ... mine is set at softest. I think it really depends on how you ride and conditions but one thing is for sure, it is easy to adjust and it made a noticeable difference on mine. I even took mine right off and that was not to my liking at all.
