Good machinist in Minneapolis area for Secondary clutch?

Hey guys, does anyone know a good machinist in the Plymouth/Minneapolis area that I can take my secondary to to have the spring pocket machined deeper?

Maybe this question went under the radar during the TY ride in Muni. Hopefully someone can recommend a shop they've used.

Can you shim the helix out with washers to keep it from binding ?

NosPro did this at the machine shop he works at. My question is what if you have this done than buy a helix that has a deeper pocket for the spring ? He did this in Wisconsin
