Hurricane 240 header flash

we have heard from guys that have concern about voiding warranty with reflashing. As a result, we have developed a low boost flash with the hurricane header. This flash only increases the boost to 11.9lbs boost to make 242hp. That boost is well under the overboost cut set by Yamaha for engine...

It certainly could be what Mike says but why would it just start doing it now?
Has the owner checked for boost leaks?

We need more information for sure here. Where is the stock rev limiter set? Hard to imagine that it's reving that high and hitting it just rolling easy into it like that, but the boost cut would be easy to hit even at part throttle.

Is the clutch rollers going to crap and not shifting hitting the rev limit? Is the muffler burning out a bit and flowing more hitting the boost cut? If its not big RPM at the rev limit, it's the boost cut getting hit.
