Is this a new sled, or something that just started to happen out of nowhere?

Its not a new sled, its a 2006 with 1400 miles on it, I just bought it last year, it ran fine last year, a little choppy right off idle but smoothed out once you got into the throttle. This started happening this year, the one thing different this year is the attitude im at, a few thousand feet lower, I made minor fuel adjustments ran numbers at boondockers suggested starting numbers but just cant get the top end smoothed out. Im hoping its just an adjustment im off on but I cant seem to get it to clear up.

I just ordered some today, the only reason I didnt replace them this season is because I put new ones in last year and was only able to go up and ride once the whole year. So I figured there still almost new.
