say if your going to run 7 grams in the heel, what would be the diff of putting 7 one gram washers, 4-3 in heel or running just one tungsten -7 grams int heel.

Balance, otherwise 7 gram's is 7 gram's. I would try to balance it with the washer's as close as possible though it may not matter.
