This will be something we all need to check at fairly frequently. Any suggestions how to make sure they don't come loose?
that's not good

Wire them? Nordlocks? Stage8? Can you post a pic of them?

I am going to put lock-washers on...but the wire tie would be better.
Could you take the two bolts out, drill holes in the heads and wire them together?

In truth any part with this much heat should go through several heat cycles and re tightened. We had these same issues with all of the cats turbos. They get wicked hot and with vibration they loosen. Follow the heat cycle process and you should be good. Two previous turbos and more than 10 in my group and all have done this with great results. Cheers

Yes Kevin that is always a option. Nordlocks are much easier. NosPro bring that bolt over I have some Nordlocks for you to try.

Great video. Nord-lock looks like a great answer.

I was sold on them with Husqvarna XP chainsaw mufflers falling off. This or spotwelding was only thing that worked. Later Cannondales which had a "issue"! You can get them at McMaster Carr or a lot of Hardware places like Fastenal.Great video. Nord-lock looks like a great answer.
anyone know the size of the bolt head then?
I used stage 8's on my nytro turbo...and nordlocks on my 1100 turbo..I think I have some nordlocks left

Is this bolt accessible without pulling muffler?
