rox 2 inch or 3.5 inch pivoting riser fits very nicely on top of the stock riser..... have 3.5 inch on mine and cable do not bind with a little adjustment to the clips holding the cables together.....
i got the rox kit with the handguards as you will need them to keep your hands out of the wind......

Hey guys....
Im going to a 07 apex riser, which is taller then stock 06 apexs by only about 1-1.5 inches approx....
Personally i liked the lower bars of my 06 rtx...however my handgaurds will touch at full turn....so when my dealer told me i might be waiting another 6 weeks for apex bar update,I opted to take the NYTRO bar update, which is the exact same bars as the 07 apexs come with...,they are flatter(lower) then the 06 apex bars..
SO Im adding the 07 riser from apex, which gives a finished height of about 1.5" higher then 06 apex....I sat on the 07 rtx and like it overal best...
I dont want them too hi as Im a radar/lake guy,i dont do hillclimbing or anything...and when you get much higher you are way too high above window and lose aerodynamics for speed....and i dont feel you can turn them as easily, unless you are standing ofcourse, which is why mt sleds are made so tall...for stand up!
will post pics of nytro update/07 apex bar install and 07 apex riser sometime soon..should have riser before weekend and rest of sled is now done,so just need to do bars and shes ready for snow...
now where the heck is the snow!

I put the Sportech, articulating, billet aluminum 2" riser on my '07 RTX directly on top of the stock riser. No trouble with the cables. Riser has nice adjustable range. I'm 6' tall and it's very comfortable when I'm standing.

The 07 is 1.25" taller. I swapped riser blocks on my 07ER over to my 06 GT. "Her" sled is the ER and she wanted a lower overall bar height. I'm only 5'3" tall but find the height perfect.

Put a 2" Rox riser (pivoting) on my RTX and hieght is perfect for me I'm 5'-10 1/2". No problems with cables, and the billet is sweet.

So you install the rox riser on top of what the 06 apex already has,is that right, how much for the rox riser, and how long to get one.greenmntpass said:Put a 2" Rox riser (pivoting) on my RTX and hieght is perfect for me I'm 5'-10 1/2". No problems with cables, and the billet is sweet.

Bought mine from Don George's as I really like the dealership. I am coming from a REV so I don't feel the handlebars are that high. I have some back trouble so if I can stand in the bumps it's all the better.
All we need in this area is some snow!! I'm dyin' to ride this thing...

I put on the Powermadd 2" pivot adapter , and then installed the 6" block.
Now Im getting the Rox adapter kit and the 5-7" rox risers.
Got the Rox from Richmotorsports.
Rich is great to deal with.
Even offered us beer at the show.

I put the 2" Rox Riser on my Apex and if I leave the pad off I can still see the pod just fine. I really like the height with the 2" riser. I am about 5'8"-5'9".
