Since its getting to be that time of year I figured I would share my fall projects for the Nytro. Under tunnel exhaust with a Jardine 600RR kit, 1.75 BackCountry track, Avid 2.52 9T drivers, RSI bars, a new ArcticFX graphics kit, (nice thing about vinyl is its easily replaceable), ice scratchers, Custom seat, and hopefully the Hygear Trail Pro......and if I hit the lotto, a turbo.

What is the custom seat????

I looked at the Skinz seat that is comming out soon and thought it was a bit pricey for what it was, so I will add three 1in layers of some stiffer foam then carve it to the desired shape, remake the paterns and build a new seat cover in all black with some orange stitching. Plus with doing the undertunnel system I will try to make the cover with a zipper to cover the ugly white plastic under side of the factory seat.

I do minor upohstery in my line of work and have a good sewing machine to perform these mods in house.

Motleyone sells a riser wrap that raises your seat, and makes it looks like the cats a$$ for a good price. Cheaper then buying a new seat from scratch

I will look into it but kinda want to whip something custom.

Got some more things done, not alot but I have been really busy with the day to day. Ordered a Ulmer stage 2 clutch kit with a 20/39 gear instead of the 21/39, Allen said it would help with the track, also NGK10 plugs and the olite bushing kit, all of wich I will pick up from him at haydays saving a little in shipping. Got my drivers from Avid and my super sweet graphics from ArcticFX they look great Jordon. I plan to paint this thing white but I may opt for orange since I havent seen one like that yet. I think I am going to use the factory seat bracket and cut it down and pwder coat it, I want to use the Ski-Doo jerry can and hide a bag inside the underseat area and mount one on the end of the tunnel.

Either or, White or Orange would look cool...

Update 10-5

Got me a sweet E-tunnel bag from Sled Solutions, this is going to rock this winter, no storage issues for me. Everything is going to work out perfect, there is just enough room to fit the Ski-Doo jerry can and the bag, it will require a custom seat bracket and a tailight relocate but other then that its all good. I think this is the cats #*$&@ for the XTX.

You're going to install additional supports on the tunnel to carry the loads, right?
