How many studs are you guys running on your tracks if you have a shorty? I will be running about 10lb's of boost on my Nytro. Was thinking about 192 studs instead of the 144 I have now. Should I go more then 192? This will be a hopped up trail sled. Some people were saying to add an extension on and go 136 instead. One project at a time is the way I will go with this one.

Actually I have 240 studs, wow
I dont think a 136 is needed if you ease into the throttle hit 30 mph and peg it!

So are you running a turbo or a charger on your 121"? What length are your studs? Also if I switch to a 136" any paticular 1.25" track, or stick with the original style?

A 121" is too short of a track IMO, too scary dooing wheelies all day long at speeds past 100 MPH or 160 KMH. I would recommend stretching it to at least a 136", is will also run straighter that way.

A shorty with 300+ HP will when hitting a bump in the trail at WOT, kinda scary don't you think.
