Not so much at others mis fortunes...more like thank god I didnt buy one...cause that would pizz me off...lol

My neighbor couldn't get his sled off the trailer the day he brought his proclimb home... Right back to the dealer it went, your right that would piss anyone off.

Better no shift than an unintended self shift. We had that happen on the Gwinn TY ride. 50 mph and his sled shifted in to reverse. Result was an hour of riding lost to the group and Maim hooked him back to the hotel.

Yeah I've been reading about those reverse problems on HCS. Not alot of happy owners out there. The kinking tunnel on the longtrack versions would also be a big negative.

I'm just guessing, but it seems Cat rushed these sled's into production way too soon, before all these issues could be discovered and addressed.

And look how bad people rip on Yamaha for taking so long to get new sleds into production.

I hear you, but do they have to wait 10 years before significant changes are made, or are we going to see more BNG for 2013 ??? LOL

Seriously - why would anyone buy a first year cat?

What I wonder is how many are going to be offered an extended warranty at a discount due to lack of snow. Many are sitting with new cats in the garage with no miles on them.

They may not "experience" a mis-shift till next winter. My guess with an early delivery, one year may be off that kitty in September!!! That would suck. My buddies ProCross 800 has less than 30 miles on it and has had 3 trips to the dealer.

i will say they do tow nice behind a yamaha. best fuel milage he had had to date too!
