Oil change?

What's the latest advice on synthetic oil for my 2010 Vec LTX, any latest between Amsoil and Mobil 1, and what weight?

I switched from semi-synthetic Yamalube to Mobil One 0W-30 last year in my 06 Apex. I didn't notice much if any difference except in my wallet. RPM's seemed to stay the same and the gas mileage seemed the same also, maybe a tick better. I plan on staying with Mobil One in the future.

I am switching from full Syn Yamalube to Mobil One 0w40 European Formula. I am still in the air on the filter though.

Started using M1 0w40 European car formula last season in the Phazer MTX, 08 Toyota Rav4, 96 Jeep GC 5.2, great starting in cold temps. Working real well in extreme temps.

Been using the Mobil-1 0W-40 for 2 yrs now in my Vector and have never had an issue. (great reviews (UOA's) on bitog.com)
I also use Hi-Flo filters, (which I have been told, they make them for Yamaha)

Yamaha oil filters are made by Denso made in Japan
