There is a video about this. Chris from Yamaha Canada sent this out to Canadian subscribers.

I have it in my emails. pm me your email and I will send it to you.

If you believe that I have some magnets to put on your fuel line to increase gas mileage.

A lot of talk about these things. Are they going to be actually be available to us for retrofit. I would think they may have some positive affect....not sure about ski lift?

I just can't wrap my head around why Yamaha is putting forth such an effort to sell this accessory for snowmobiles. I mean really...we are riding rough trail machines in the wilderness, not paved highways. Spend your R&D on the rear suspension...these Yammy sleds need improvement in this area as they are far behind the other OEMs.

Unless Yamaha is planning on becoming an accessory company, then I understand, as these dampers can be sold to all OEMs. What price are these going to cost anyways?

Ok, now what are the costs and where would you order it from? Your Yammy dealer?

Exactly.

I did'nt think the chassis were made of jello. I did flex the chassis enough on my first apex to loosen and egg shape the rivets and holes where the tunnel meets the bulkhead on the clutch side. But it took more than 20000 miles to do it. That was the only reason I sold it.

Mmmm......... very interesting! I would sure like to ride a new Apex through a bumpy twisty trail with and without the dampers to see if I could feel the difference. If this really does make a difference that a rider can feel, then why not install them if the cost is not exorbitant.
