I tend to like my handle bars high and brake lever tipped down more than most. Probably old motocross habits. As such I installed a 2" Rox riser I had in the garage. In doing so I had to cut the stock zip ties on the cables and brake line. In order to keep anything from binding I reinstalled new zip ties. I was very concerned about wires possibly chafing and or the brake line wearing thin so I took the soft side of Velcro and stuck it to the corners of the stock riser block. Not sure if anyone else is installing riser blocks but I thought this may be helpful. I have gotten a tremendous amount of very useful info here and wanted to give a little back. I hope it helps.

I like where you mounted your Ram ball mount. I used the handle bar ball mount in the exact same location.

Works great !!
