Things have bee a bit skinny around here lately with build pictures, so I thought I'd thow some up (I know I like to look at what other guys are up to). This is a customer's sled (Rx1 Fern) that came in to us earlier last week.

I didn't take any pics of the initial teardown (seat, tank etc.) so I'll start with checking the valves and pulling the head. This motor was running ECP's with 170 mains at 700' elevation. Just a little 'chubby' on the jetting...

On to the carbs. Billet 'T''s installed, stock screws swapped out for Allen head bolts.

Modifying the 'S' pipe. Powderlites has improved this piece significantly since the kit pictured was first on the market. We had to fabricate a 'Y' pipe - customer wanted to run his aftermarket exhaust.
