You dismantled a completely good, brand new snowmobile? Can't wait to see what you have in store for it.
Changing out the skis to put on the C&A Pro RAZOR's has a few tricks to them as well. Put your carbides on first and while you are doing that mount your shims, I made mine out of White Teflon 1/8" thick and drill a hole at the carbide stud this prevents it from squeezing out. It's a little hard to see it being White it matches the ski to well. I use a bottle jack to lift the ski up in order to mount it, then I lower the jack and place a small piece of 2x4 under the edge of the ski to get the ski to tilt over enough to get the bolt to slide real easy right across to the other side effortlessly as it lines up the holes perfectly.

I Know; I must be CANADIAN Right
Next up was the Power Madd Hand Grds & Mirrors
I mounted them up and over, the brake side takes a bit of tweaking as you have everything loose to see whereabouts everything is going to go. Then start tighting it up and yes the barking park works perfectly, the throttle side is much easier. [you can mount them under as well] I mounted the mirrors where they recommended but might put them up higher on the grd if I don't like it later.

Looking sweet. I like tearing things apart to. lol Just cuz we can.
A Arm Protectors were up next; These are real easy to mount and a bottle jack is your best friend on these. Loosen off both of the Bottom Shock Bolts and place a bottle jack and a small piece of wood under the centre of the bulk head. Jack up the front end to take the weight off the shocks and pull the bolts out. Rivet the brackets onto the A Arm Protectors and slide them on under the shock mount, then slide the new bolt provided through. Pivot the A Arm Protector up to the bottom of the lower control arm, there are pre drilled holes there already. Just mark out the two holes and remove the A Arm Protectors and drill out your marked holes. [with an angle drill you can leave them on to do this] Reassemble and rivet the A Arm Protectors to the lower control arms, tighten down the shock bolt and lower......... U R Done, I told you this stuff was easy.

Of course you just have to have a SKID PLATE as this is a MUST item and easy to do as well. I hate to flip my sled over on it's side .........Yes Brian whether I'm riding it or not.
I like to lift my sled up with two straps and go under it while I'm doing these. You need to mark out the four rivets on the corners that will have to be drilled out, you can also knock them off with a sharp cold chisel & hammer. They recommend a metric drill bit #M9.9 I never seem to have any of those darn things when I need them so I used a 25/64th and it works just fine, BTW if you have a drill bit stop use it so you wouldn't go to far into there and hit something with the bit. [if you wrap masking tape around the bit enough times and don't push to hard it works to] Now take that little riv nut installer they give you and screw on the riv nut till it's at the bottom, now push it through the hole and hold it there with a wrench while you use a little ratchet to tighten and pull the riv nut down tight, keep tightening till you feel it bottom out. Back it off and do the other three, then remove the two screws from up front on the nose cone as they give you longer ones. Install those two bolts and push the Skid Plate up and install the four bolts...........U R Done again.

Time for a little Paint on some of those Black pieces as they are lookin a little Blan. I like 1972 Corvette White with a tad of Metalic Silver blended in.
BTW.....Those little Rubber Grommets for the reset & settings are a real to put back in.
