Stator replacement

A few pics relating to replacment of my fried stator
What machine is this from?
Did you have to pull the motor to do this? I had my stator replaced in my 05 rs vector less then a month ago. Last night I had to be towed in because of the same symptoms. After spending all the money for the last one I will be doing this one myself...... Just trying to get as much knowledge before I start LOL

09 Nytro XTX. You're probably all done with your repair by now, but to answer anyway, no, I didn't have to pull the motor. Removing the lower plastics & oil can from that side, and getting a few other items out of the way gives you just enough access to that side cover to get it pulled off. It's tight, and there are a couple of cover bolts that are tough to get to (and to torque properly during reinstall), but it's certainly not necessary to pull the motor. Hope you got/get yours going again. :)
