2015 RTX-LE - What to do?

I also see the two idler wheels on outside of the skid and believed there should be one within the skid similar to the trihub at the rear axle.

She runs ok but I’m worried that the previous owner didn’t disclose everything to me or didn’t know a whole bunch of small parts were missing.
