YAMAHEATER Nice Warm Hands for 03 - Current Yamaha 4 Strokes

Looking to order a set for my 2006 Apex GT I read that thumb warmers are increased with the regular yamaboost. Do I require the thumb boost as well? Wanting to submit my order, with express shipping to Canada. I attached screenshots for the two selections I'm stuck between. Is there still...

So im working on studding the new track; Stud Boy Power Point 1.375" with power plate backers. Is there a torque spec with these? Their website states, "Tighten the stud assembly using a deep well socket and allen wrench until the stud and backer plate bottom out against each other." . This...

Also to those interested. I found the tool from the crankcase gear removal how to. It's actually a tool to remove old Volkswagen rear axle nuts. EMPI 5748, found it on Amazon.com for ~$50 CAD shipped. I'm using a crescent wrench for now but will be grabbing this for future service...

I had seen your post Rob and that's the socket I found on Amazon for $177, also out of stock. I don't have access to welding equipment so I would have to take a cut socket to get fab'd. I might just use an adjustable however I would feel more comfortable being able to torque it.

I have a 36mm deep axle socket but its still not deep enough to reach the nut. If you use a crescent wrench, what do you do about torque, Good n' tight? lol Just waiting on my VIP status to become active so that I can request a service manual for chaincase torque specs. Currently looking for a...

Next one for you guys, Can you remove the driveshaft without removing the rear half of the chaincase? I don't have a 36mm socket deep enough for the nut. Curious if you could remove the driveshaft speedo side bearing and slide the driveshaft that way to pull it out of the crank case bearing or...

72 Gran- was it loctite or anti-sieze you said you use on everything? RobX-1- yeah my Allen head bolts were stripped out as well. Had to drill them out and the rivets to get the bracket off. I had elected at the time to leave the flex pipes in place. In the future I will remove the flex pipes...

Can you run the 2011+ oem gaskets on an 06'? Im already commited to these coppers since I sanded them to fit the pipes but if they cause issues I'll try the 2011+ or buy coppers of the member recommended above.

I went with copper because my titanium Y pipe flanges were completely destroyed. Replaced with 2010 stainless pipes but chose to go with copper as I had read many threads recommending them

Awesome thanks, Where are you guys buying your copper exhaust donuts from? I bought mine from Amazon - https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07N1JPQDY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The Inner diameter of the donuts is too small for the flex pipes. I'm having to sand them out to...
