It was the reverse button! Switched it out and it works fine.

So my friend has a zr7000 with about 900 miles on it. It will shift into reverse but wont shift into forward until you turn off the machine and turn it back on. When you do that it is in forward. I swapped his actuator with mine and still does it. We tried swapping his forward and reverse relays...

I'm looking at getting a MCB full Clutch. They are priced pretty well and mine has 16,000 miles on it and the sheaves are worn. Just wondering if anyone has tried one on their viper or any other machine.

make sure your front end is on it's skis and no blocks under it. If the geometry is off this will happen. So set it up as if its ready to ride then try it.

I bet that's actually it. Tunnel, snowflap, bumper, seat and headlight all match the video if you pause it. It will look look alot better in person. The Ski-doos and Polaris sleds havn't changed as much from chassis to chassis as this one has.
