They fall in. And sit in the bottom of the case. I don’t see how it could fall out. They rest against a lip on the outer cover which makes the hole too small for the glass to fall through. The glass would have to be broken into pieces to fit through the hole.
Mine is identical to the above and I agree completely. I did start with the SQ muffler but the noise was too much for all day riding. Can’t beat the stock muffler for peace and quiet. I got 15 - 16 mpg. I did have the sight glass fall into the chain case which had nothing to due with the...
I do have the flasher. All I had to do was call TD and ask for the 3 bar SM FLASH and they uploaded it to the web. I also have the jukebox which is a factor.
The 3 bar tune upgrade is required for the 3 bar sensor and is no charge since you already have the SM tune. It is a different map that enables more boost and power. I have data logging and have recorded over 19 psi of boost. Ben has stated that the combo of cai, bov and 3 bar is the best tune...
I disagree. The glass is merely pressed in with no adhesive. With the change in temps it is little wonder these things fall back into the case. You don’t realize it has happened until your sled stops. All the oil is gone in seconds. It is a terrible design. There should absolutely be a...
I would connect your flasher to your computer and run the GAP app. Download the firmware and all the files again. its should include juke box and any single flashes you have Then reconnect the flasher to your sled No reason it shouldn't work then
Yep! Me too. I was out on the lake yesterday, doing 60mph and sled goes into neutral. Not the belt, just a hole where the sight glass was. Waited 5 minutes started it and it was back in gear. Rode 5 miles home at 20 mph. Pulled it apart no oil and sight glass was on the bottle of the inner...

Mine weigh 75.1. 5/8” is 2.5. Tighter may gain some rpms. Not knowing the specs of the pink spring is a problem. I would start by removing the screws and seeing how many rpms you gain Then add lighter screws if you go over 9000 rpms.
It really depends on how and where you ride. For the trails get the stock muffler juke box. The noise level of the so called quiet mufflers becomes very annoying after awhile. If you have to be the fastest(which you never will be) then go for one of the 290/300 bundles. It doesn’t really...
