is it possible to take the bowls off and clean jets with the carb still on the sled. if i'm able to remove em from the boots and put the whole rack at a 90degree upward to access the bowls... will it do a mess or am i gonna be able to JUST remove the pilot jet???
So... the idler are the big ones in the back of the track right?!... Do you know how many inch wide they have to be? I think the old owner told me i have a longer track and he added wheels i think. I' ll check the measure of the idlers i have.
when i bought my sled, the owner kicked some snow on the wheels and hifax.... i had never seen this before ( its my second sled, 2 yamahas ) and i asked why he was doing that. he told me he always did it before he rides this way it " lubricates" the track parts... everytime i dont do it, there...
Finaly did it today as my lower back said it was ok for me to do the job . I removed side panel and unclip the liquid cool hose and moved it outta the way over the brake caliper without disconecting it. i was able to fit my 10mm key tool that came with the sled and loosen the nuts.
