No! Just need to take the secondary bolt out and put the shim(washer) back between the head and aluminum spacer if it's not there.

The 6.9s are awesome! I have aet with 6" Woody's ace bar inside and out and they work well in deep snow and turning is precise with little push. I will say I picked up a set of 5.7s this year to try and they may be better on the trail than the 6.9s in loose snow but they won't float aswell in...

I second that. I installed the rocztoyz adjuster and it works well especially when you put a load on the back .

Permatex Teflon spray! Sprayed the sway bay bushings a year ago still no squeak! 16 viper same thing ,lasts awhile!

I have the 240ss tune and I ran with a stock winder for 700km last week and I was always a couple L less every top up at about 1/2tank fill up. But my buddy multi tune at 240 was almost 3L more every time set at 240 also.i think it's all about how it's se up. I'm at 6/1 on my Dalton B/O . At 6/2...
